Trick Flow has taken its track-proven Twisted Wedge design and, using advanced 3D solid modeling and CAD tools, plus a couple decade’s worth of racing experience, has made it even more potent for serious performance enthusiasts and racers. Trick Flow’s new Twisted Wedge® 11R 170 cylinder heads feature 11° intake and 13° exhaust valve angles and a restructured combustion chamber arrangement for more airflow and performance potential. The new high velocity, race-inspired runners have been optimized for today’s popular bore and stroke combinations. Premium certified materials and components, along with the finest CNC tooling, are used to ensure uncompromising quality and durability, dimensional accuracy, and balanced flow from port-to-port. Fully machined castings increase strength and project a great-looking billet-like appearance. Trick Flow® PowerPort® 190 Cylinder Heads for Small Block Mopar
Horsepower fans know that Trick Flow is all about developing products that provide maximum performance, such as the PowerPort® 190 cylinder heads for small block Mopar. The heads fit all non-emissions, LA and Magnum-series 318, 340, and 360 engines used through 2003. That’s right, even Magnum owners can now use readily available LA engine parts such as intake manifolds and valve covers. Like all of Trick Flow’s top-quality cylinder heads, the PowerPort 190 heads are made from A356-T61 aluminum because it’s much lighter but still every bit as strong as cast iron. The intake runners have been enhanced to increase airflow, and both intake and exhaust runners feature Trick Flow’s special CNC Street Ported treatment that combines premium quality CNC machining with a standard resolution finish that‘s perfect for making more power. Newly designed rocker arm shaft mounting bosses are stronger than the OE design, and larger diameter pushrod holes have been incorporated to accommodate 3/8" pushrods for use with flat tappet and hydraulic roller camshafts. Bronze alloy valve guides, ductile iron valve seats, and multi-angle valve seats further increase performance and durability. Assembled cylinder heads include premium 11/32" stainless steel valves, Trick Flow by PAC Racing valve springs, steel valve stem locks, and have chromoly and titanium retainer options. Trick Flow GenX® 220 cylinder heads for GM 5.7L LS1 engines are the best value in GM LS performance. These cathedral port heads incorporate features of Trick Flow’s fully CNC-ported LS heads such as 13.5° valve angles, decreased valve shrouding, increased mid-lift airflow, relocated spark plugs, CNC-profiled combustion chambers with port-to-valve seat blending (bowl blending), improved rocker arm/ valve cover clearance, and rigid casting design in a more affordable “Fast As Cast” version that flows nearly as much air as Trick Flow’s competition ported heads. Improve the performance of Ford’s 4.6L or 5.4L 2V engines with Trick Flow® Track Max® Hydraulic Roller Camshafts and Valve Spring Upgrade Kits. Kit TFS-K51802001 is designed for mild naturally aspirated street engines operating in the 1,500-5,000 rpm range. Kit TFS-K51802002 is ideal for mild street/strip engines with power adders (5-6 psi of boost maximum) and an operating range of 1,800-6,500 rpm. Kit TFS-K51802003 is recommended for naturally aspirated extreme duty engines. It delivers strong mid-range to top-end power up to 6,500 rpm. Kit TFS-K51802004 was developed for maximum duty race engines using power adders with boost pressures of 15-plus psi and operating in excess of 6,500 rpm. Each kit includes new camshafts, valve springs, chromoly retainers, valve locks, seals, 12mm bolts and washers, and installation instructions. Trick Flow® Super 23® 175 Cylinder Heads for Small Block Chevrolet
Trick Flow® Super 23® 175 cylinder heads vastly outperform factory small block Chevy heads on 283-350 c.i.d. engines. They feature small cross section, Fast as Cast® runners for excellent port velocity to promote low-end torque and a profile that delivers outstanding flow for making ample high RPM horsepower on small bore engines. Modern CNC-profiled chambers promote combustion efficiency. That helps maximize power with less ignition timing and reduces the potential for detonation. It all adds up to more power, better drivability, and greater throttle response on street performance engines. Improved A356-T61 castings now feature 3/4" thick decks for additional strength and durability. Other features include a competition multi-angle valve job, angled spark plugs, and raised valve cover rails for improved rocker arm clearance and less potential for oil leaks. Trick Flow® Billet Aluminum Valve Covers for GM LS
Trick Flow® billet valve covers are precision CNC machined in the USA from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in durable black anodizing for a clean, high-end appearance. Designed with added clearance for shaft mount roller rocker arm systems, they are compatible with stock and aftermarket GM cylinder heads. An integrated oil drip rail helps reduce leaks while also aiding alignment during installation and removal. Driver and passenger side -12AN O-ring ports provide flexibility for crankcase ventilation systems, including catch cans and vacuum pump setups, while the included dyno-tested high-flow baffle system promotes efficient crankcase ventilation and minimizes oil vapor escaping through the PCV system. The baffle system is shipped uninstalled, allowing for additional valvetrain clearance or alternate PCV configurations when required. Each set includes a billet oil cap, stainless steel hardware, and uses factory-style gaskets for a secure, reliable seal.
