Trick Flow’s R-Series Intake Manifold for Small Block Chevrolet is engineered, dyno proven, and tested to outperform the competition! It all started when Trick Flow saw a void in the market for an ultra high-performance intake manifold for small block Chevy engines. They set their engineers to work, and what they came up with was the R-Series intake manifold—catered to large displacement engines capable of 600 or more horsepower in the 3,500-7,500+ RPM range. While optimized for Trick Flow Super 23® 230cc cylinder heads, this manifold also performs well on engines using any 220cc or larger port heads. Trick Flow’s development team used the latest CAD technology to create a one-piece single plane, spider-type design with a large, open raised floor plenum, paying special attention to maximizing airflow and equalizing air and fuel distribution. The well-balanced flow and minimal restriction are the keys to extracting the most performance available, giving users an edge over the competition. The team also focused on weight reduction by eliminating excess material where possible and casting it in strong yet lightweight A319 aluminum. Trick Flow made sure to leave enough material through the runner walls so the intake can be port matched, or even fully ported for builders wanting to extract every ounce of power from their engines. Integral bosses in each runner can be drilled and tapped for nitrous nozzles.

Trick Flow® Track Heat® Intake Manifolds for Ford 351C and Windsor-based Clevor-style engines are designed for street/strip applications. These single plane manifolds feature a high-rise, one-piece spider design with high-flowing, individual extended runners for significant horsepower and torque increases in the 3,000-7,000 rpm range. A raised plenum floor increases flow velocity and fuel atomization. Additional features include OE 2V port locations and dimensions, A319 aluminum construction, integral bosses for nitrous or fuel injection nozzles, and extra material for custom port work. The manifolds have a Holley 4150-style carburetor mounting pad and work in all 2V and 4V applications. Overall height to the carburetor mounting pads for part numbers TFS-51600111 and TFS-51600113 is 6.370 in. Overall mounting pad height for part number TFS-51600112 is 6.561 in.

Trick Flow® R-Series single plane intake manifolds for small block Ford are designed for maximum power delivery in the 3,500-7,500 plus RPM range on heavily modified street/strip and race engines. Features include A319 aluminum construction, integral bosses for nitrous or fuel injection nozzles, and extra material for custom port work. The manifolds accept standard Bosch or Siemens type fuel injectors. The port size at the head flange is 2.100 in. x 1.280 in., but they can be port matched as large as 2.250 in. x 1.400 in. Overall height to the mounting pad is 6.300 in. (5.0L/302) or 6.450 in. (351 Windsor).
