Trick Flow® PowerPort® 240 Cylinder Heads for Big Block Mopar

Trick Flow PowerPort® 240 heads for big block Mopar are superior to stock and other aftermarket aluminum heads for several reasons. PowerPort 240 heads are made from premium grade A356-T61 aluminum because it is very strong and weighs a lot less than cast iron. The rocker shaft and runner areas have been enhanced to increase strength, and the oil holes for the rocker shafts were relocated to improve oiling. The shape of the runners was optimized to increase flow velocity and add much needed strength to the shaft bosses. The combustion chambers and runners are fully CNC Street Ported to guarantee proper dimensional accuracy and balanced flow from runner-to-runner. Other advantages of PowerPort 240 heads over stock heads include clearance for 3/8" pushrods, ductile iron valve seats, bronze alloy valve guides, and multi-angle valve seat machining performed on precision Serdi® equipment. Assembled cylinder heads come with premium 11/32" stainless steel valves, Trick Flow by PAC Racing valve springs, chromoly and titanium retainer options, and 7° or 10° steel valve stem locks. Trick Flow designed the PowerPort 240 heads to use all factory-style big block Mopar pistons, roller rocker arms, intake manifolds, and headers. Trick Flow® PowerPort® 270 Cylinder Heads for Big Block Mopar

Trick Flow PowerPort® 270 heads for big block Mopar are far better than stock and other aftermarket aluminum heads for several reasons. The PowerPort 270 heads rocker shaft and runner areas have been enhanced to increase strength, and the oil holes for the rocker shafts were relocated to improve oiling. To greatly reduce weight and increase strength, the heads are cast in premium grade A356-T61 aluminum. Other advantages of these heads include clearance for 3/8" pushrods, ductile iron valve seats, bronze alloy valve guides, and multi-angle valve seat machining performed on precision Serdi® equipment. The PowerPort 270 heads feature larger, raised Max Wedge-style intake runners that provide a straighter path to the valve for improved airflow. The runners are treated to Trick Flow’s signature high resolution CNC Competition Ported surface finish that guarantees proper dimensional accuracy with balanced flow from runner-to-runner for maximum power potential. Assembled cylinder heads come with premium 11/32" stainless steel valves, Trick Flow by PAC Racing valve springs, chromoly and titanium retainer options, and 7° or 10° steel valve stem locks. Trick Flow® PowerPort® 190 Cylinder Heads for Small Block Mopar

Horsepower fans know that Trick Flow is all about developing products that provide maximum performance, such as the PowerPort® 190 cylinder heads for small block Mopar. The heads fit all non-emissions, LA and Magnum-series 318, 340, and 360 engines used through 2003. That’s right, even Magnum owners can now use readily available LA engine parts such as intake manifolds and valve covers. Like all of Trick Flow’s top-quality cylinder heads, the PowerPort 190 heads are made from A356-T61 aluminum because it’s much lighter but still every bit as strong as cast iron. The intake runners have been enhanced to increase airflow, and both intake and exhaust runners feature Trick Flow’s special CNC Street Ported treatment that combines premium quality CNC machining with a standard resolution finish that‘s perfect for making more power. Newly designed rocker arm shaft mounting bosses are stronger than the OE design, and larger diameter pushrod holes have been incorporated to accommodate 3/8" pushrods for use with flat tappet and hydraulic roller camshafts. Bronze alloy valve guides, ductile iron valve seats, and multi-angle valve seats further increase performance and durability. Perfect for all 273-360 Mopar LA V8 engines making peak power in the 3,000-7,000 RPM range, these Track Heat intake manifolds are precision CNC-machined from A319 aluminum. The manifold’s one-piece spider-type design with extended high-flow runners and raised plenum floor significantly increase horsepower and torque. Trick Flow also engineered in bosses for nitrous nozzles and provided extra material for custom port work for builders that want to make even more power. The manifolds are designed for use on large cubic inch engines making peak horsepower in the 3,500-7,500 plus RPM range. The manifolds have CAD-optimized, large open plenums and one-piece, single plane runners. Special attention was paid to smooth airflow for equalized air and fuel distribution.
