Trick Flow has taken its track-proven Twisted Wedge design and, using advanced 3D solid modeling and CAD tools, plus a couple decade’s worth of racing experience, has made it even more potent for serious performance enthusiasts and racers. Trick Flow’s new Twisted Wedge® 11R 170 cylinder heads feature 11° intake and 13° exhaust valve angles and a restructured combustion chamber arrangement for more airflow and performance potential. The new high velocity, race-inspired runners have been optimized for today’s popular bore and stroke combinations. Trick Flow® PowerPort® 175 Cylinder Heads for Ford 390-428
Trick Flow is at it again, Ford fans! This time Trick Flow is serving up a heaping helping of horsepower for the legendary Ford FE. Presenting the PowerPort® 175 cylinder heads—specially designed and engineered to deliver more go for 390-428 engines! The heads are a direct bolt-on for all 1961-76 engines. They’re made from top-quality A356-T61 aluminum so they’re much lighter but still as strong as OE castings. The intake runners have been optimized to increase flow velocity, and Trick Flow’s special CNC Street Ported treatment guarantees proper dimensional accuracy and balance between the runners. Other performance improvements include bronze alloy valve guides, ductile iron valve seats, and multi-angle valve seat machining on Serdi® equipment. Assembled cylinder heads include premium 11/32" stainless steel valves, Trick Flow by PAC Racing valve springs, 7° or 10° steel valve stem locks, and chromoly or titanium retainer options. Trick Flow PowerPort® Cleveland 195 cylinder heads feature runners based on the OE Ford 2V design. The exhaust runners are raised .100" from the stock location to improve the short turn radius and dramatically improve exhaust flow, and a revised oil return system improves oil drain back and includes provisions for mating with Ford 351W blocks. CNC Street Ported runners are CNC-machined with a standard resolution surface finish—perfect for street and strip machines. PowerPort Cleveland 195 heads fit Ford 351C, 351M, and 400 engines out of the box. Improve the performance of Ford’s 4.6L or 5.4L 2V engines with Trick Flow® Track Max® Hydraulic Roller Camshafts and Valve Spring Upgrade Kits. Kit TFS-K51802001 is designed for mild naturally aspirated street engines operating in the 1,500-5,000 rpm range. Kit TFS-K51802002 is ideal for mild street/strip engines with power adders (5-6 psi of boost maximum) and an operating range of 1,800-6,500 rpm. Kit TFS-K51802003 is recommended for naturally aspirated extreme duty engines. It delivers strong mid-range to top-end power up to 6,500 rpm. Kit TFS-K51802004 was developed for maximum duty race engines using power adders with boost pressures of 15-plus psi and operating in excess of 6,500 rpm. Trick Flow’s® Box-R-Series EFI Intake Manifolds are computer-engineered to deliver ideal airflow distribution and velocity to provide big mid- and upper-RPM horsepower gains for ultra-high performance street and race engines. The manifolds have short, large cross-section runners to further improve flow velocity and performance in the 3,000 to 8,000 RPM range. Trick Flow® Box-R-Series EFI Intake Manifolds are available in kits with a natural finish aluminum lower manifold and an A319 aluminum upper in your choice of silver powdercoat, black powdercoat, and natural finishes. The manifolds have a 90mm throttle body inlet and are designed for use on non-EGR engines.
