With electronically drilled and machined disc-type fuel control valves, plus improved nozzles and coil windings, Trick Flow TFX™ fuel injectors atomize fuel better, resist clogging, are quieter, and require less energy to operate than other aftermarket injectors. The features don’t stop there. Low magnetic stainless steel injector bodies prevent corrosion from underhood contaminates and seal the injectors from moisture contamination. OEM-style clip grooves secure the injectors to fuel rails and eliminate possible fuel leaks. Viton® fluoroelastomer O-rings seal the injectors to the fuel rails and intake manifold to prevent fuel and air leaks under extreme operating conditions. High-quality, 1/2 micron filter screens keep foreign debris and contaminants from entering the injectors to ensure proper performance and a long life cycle. TFX fuel injectors are 100% duty cycle tested to ensure reliability and performance. All flow values are at 3 bar (43.5 psi).

Trick Flow® high-performance flow-matched fuel injectors feature the popular ultra-compact EV14-style body with USCAR connectors and a high impedance design for a drop-in, no hassle installation. Stainless steel internal components deliver industry-leading atomization and spray patterns with linear flow at very low pulse widths. Trick Flow’s® 100 percent, precision dynamic flow-match process ensures excellent flow balance from cylinder-to-cylinder across a range of pulse widths, which improves power production and reduces emissions. This is critical for safe engine operation when pushing the limits of performance, where the margin for error is low. The results speak for themselves. Exceptional flow balance has been confirmed on a variety of different test benches by multiple USA-based third-party testing labs. Dyno and vehicle-tested for reliability and durability on the street or at the track, Trick Flow's billet aluminum 102mm drive-by-wire throttle body is precision CNC-machined to deliver excellent idle control. An upgraded high-torque motor ensures great throttle response and smooth drivability with precise throttle control. Additional enhancements include a Hall-Effect TPS; a heavy-duty return spring for greater safety and long-term reliability; and a high-strength brass throttle blade that's engineered to withstand the rigors of high-boost applications and demanding operating conditions. A corrosion resistant black anodized finish tops off the exterior. The Trick Flow billet aluminum 102mm drive-by-wire throttle body has a GM LS3-style mounting flange and fits a wide variety of intake manifold and water pump combinations for a seamless installation. Trick Flow® R-Series Intake Manifolds for 500-plus cubic inch big block Chevy engines are designed for maximum power delivery between 3,500 and 8,000 rpm—right where it’s needed the most. These single plane, rectangular port intake manifolds feature high-flowing extended runners and raised plenum floors to increase horsepower and torque. Other special features include extra material for custom port work and bosses for nitrous injection. These intake manifolds only fit Dominator-style carbs. On standard deck height engines, the overall height to the carburetor mounting pad is 6.543 in. On tall deck engines, the overall height to the mounting pad is 6.826 in.

Trick Flow® Super 23® 175 Cylinder Heads for Small Block Chevrolet
Trick Flow® Super 23® 175 cylinder heads vastly outperform factory small block Chevy heads on 283-350 c.i.d. engines. They feature small cross section, Fast as Cast® runners for excellent port velocity to promote low-end torque and a profile that delivers outstanding flow for making ample high RPM horsepower on small bore engines. Modern CNC-profiled chambers promote combustion efficiency. That helps maximize power with less ignition timing and reduces the potential for detonation. It all adds up to more power, better drivability, and greater throttle response on street performance engines. Improved A356-T61 castings now feature 3/4" thick decks for additional strength and durability. Other features include a competition multi-angle valve job, angled spark plugs, and raised valve cover rails for improved rocker arm clearance and less potential for oil leaks. Assembled cylinder heads have premium components including stainless steel valves, bronze valve guides, 7° machined locks, and chromoly retainers. Several PAC Racing valve spring options are available for flat tappet and hydraulic roller cams. Trick Flow® Super 23® 175 heads accept most original accessories. They are emissions-legal under CARB E.O. #D-747-1 for 1995 and earlier GM vehicles with Chevy 262–350 engines. Cylinder heads are available fully assembled or as bare castings. Sold individually.

On top of that, most performance camshafts for GM LS engines do not work well on engines equipped with Active Fuel Management (AFM). The solution? Trick Flow Active Fuel Management Delete Kits! Convert your failure prone AFM system before it's too late, and open the door to the world of performance camshafts available, giving you more power and better reliability! These standard delete kits include everything to completely remove the AFM cylinder deactivation hardware with all kits including GM LS7 hydraulic roller lifters, a valve lifter guide set, new head bolts, and head gaskets. Kits are available with no valley cover, a non-PCV valley cover, or a PCV valley cover – the PCV version includes the PCV hose and plug. A programmer capable of disabling the AFM software (sold separately) is required for proper engine operation.

No longer will anyone have to choose between vintage looks or modern cylinder head power—with DHC 175 heads you get both! DHC 175 heads are made from premium grade A356-T61 aluminum and have the exterior styling and straight spark plug holes that deliver the nostalgic appearance customers want. On the inside, 60cc CNC-profiled combustion chambers with blended bowl machining under the valves and small cross-section intake runners promote low-RPM torque increases and boost high-RPM horsepower. The runners are finished with Trick Flow’s superior Fast As Cast® process that precisely duplicates the runner profile and performance levels of fully CNC-ported heads without the added machining cost. In keeping with the vintage design, the heads are available with or without accessory bolt holes cast into them. Other performance improvements include bronze alloy valve guides, ductile iron valve seats, and multi-angle valve seat machining on precision Serdi® equipment. Plus, the decks and walls are cast extra thick to increase casting strength and provide plenty of material for future porting. These good-looking, tall height fabricated valve covers have an embossed Trick Flow® logo and clear roller rockers and stud girdles. The covers are made from 0.084 in. thick aluminum to reduce engine weight and include the necessary fasteners to ensure a correct installation.
