Trick Flow® PowerPort® 190 Cylinder Heads for Small Block Mopar
Horsepower fans know that Trick Flow is all about developing products that provide maximum performance, such as the PowerPort® 190 cylinder heads for small block Mopar. The heads fit all non-emissions, LA and Magnum-series 318, 340, and 360 engines used through 2003. That’s right, even Magnum owners can now use readily available LA engine parts such as intake manifolds and valve covers. Like all of Trick Flow’s top-quality cylinder heads, the PowerPort 190 heads are made from A356-T61 aluminum because it’s much lighter but still every bit as strong as cast iron. The intake runners have been enhanced to increase airflow, and both intake and exhaust runners feature Trick Flow’s special CNC Street Ported treatment that combines premium quality CNC machining with a standard resolution finish that‘s perfect for making more power. Newly designed rocker arm shaft mounting bosses are stronger than the OE design, and larger diameter pushrod holes have been incorporated to accommodate 3/8" pushrods for use with flat tappet and hydraulic roller camshafts. Bronze alloy valve guides, ductile iron valve seats, and multi-angle valve seats further increase performance and durability. Assembled cylinder heads include premium 11/32" stainless steel valves, Trick Flow by PAC Racing valve springs, steel valve stem locks, and have chromoly and titanium retainer options. Cylinder heads are available fully assembled or as bare castings. Sold individually.

Trick Flow® GenX® 220 Cylinder Heads for GM LS1
Trick Flow GenX® 220 cylinder heads for GM 5.7L LS1 engines are the best value in GM LS performance. These cathedral port heads incorporate features of Trick Flow’s fully CNC-ported LS heads such as 13.5° valve angles, decreased valve shrouding, increased mid-lift airflow, relocated spark plugs, CNC-profiled combustion chambers with port-to-valve seat blending (bowl blending), improved rocker arm/ valve cover clearance, and rigid casting design in a more affordable “Fast As Cast” version that flows nearly as much air as Trick Flow’s competition ported heads. The special Fast As Cast® runner design duplicates the port shape and profile of fully CNC-ported runners, resulting in near-CNC-ported performance for the same price as regular cast cylinder heads. Trick Flow GenX 220 cylinder heads are emissions-legal under CARB E.O. #D-747 for 1997-present GM vehicles with 5.7L and 6.0L engines. They are available fully assembled or as bare castings. Sold individually.

Trick Flow® Twisted Wedge® Track Heat® 170 Cylinder Heads for Small Block Ford
Trick Flow’s legendary Twisted Wedge 170 series cylinder heads are back and better than ever! The updated A356-T61 machined castings are borrowed from Trick Flow’s 11R series head lineup, bringing with it increased strength thanks to a .625" thick deck and a great-looking, billet-like appearance. The groundbreaking Twisted Wedge combustion chamber moves the intake valves away from the cylinder walls to reduce valve shrouding and significantly enhance high-lift flow. Altered 15° intake/17° exhaust valve angles tighten the combustion chamber to increase compression while improving piston-to-valve clearance. That allows the use of higher lift cams with stock pistons. CNC-profiled combustion chambers with relocated spark plug locations optimize combustion efficiency, extracting more power with less ignition timing and reducing the potential for detonation. The choice of 58cc or 61cc combustion chamber volumes allow builders to dial-in the perfect compression ratio. High-efficiency, Fast As Cast® runners feature a competition level, multi-angle valve job for near-CNC-ported power and airflow at cast head prices. Assembled Twisted Wedge 170 cylinder heads arrive ready-to-run out of the box with top-quality valvetrain components to ensure great durability and longevity. This includes stainless steel valves, bronze guides, PAC Racing valve springs, thread-in 3/8" or 7/16" rocker studs, and chromoly retainers. Some Twisted Wedge 170 cylinder heads are emissions-legal under CARB E.O. #D-747-1 for 1996 and earlier Ford 289, 302, and 351W engines. Cylinder heads are available fully assembled or as bare castings. Sold individually.
