Trick Flow GenX® 220 cylinder heads for GM 6.0L LS2 engines are the best value in GM LS performance. The cathedral port heads incorporate features of Trick Flow’s fully CNC-ported LS heads such as 13.5° valve angles, decreased valve shrouding, increased mid-lift airflow, relocated spark plugs, CNC-profiled combustion chambers with port-to-valve seat blending (bowl blending), improved rocker arm/ valve cover clearance, and rigid casting design in a more affordable “Fast As Cast” version that flows nearly as much air as Trick Flow’s competition ported heads. The special Fast As Cast® runner design duplicates the port shape and profile of fully CNC-ported runners, resulting in near-CNC-ported performance for the same price as regular cast cylinder heads. Trick Flow GenX 220 cylinder heads are emissions-legal under CARB E.O. #D-747 for 1997-present GM vehicles with 5.7L and 6.0L engines. They are available fully assembled or as bare castings. Trick Flow® Super 23® 195 Cylinder Heads for Small Block Chevrolet
Trick Flow Super 23® 195 cylinder heads for small block Chevy are a direct fit, high performance replacement for factory heads and accept most original accessories. Ideal for 302- 406 c.i.d. engines, these heads feature high-velocity, small cross-section intake runners to promote low-rpm torque and high-rpm horsepower. Fast As Cast® runners deliver near-CNC-ported flow and performance for about the same price as regular cast heads. Modern CNC-profiled chambers promote combustion efficiency, helping maximize power with less ignition timing and reduced potential for detonation. Improved A356-T61 castings now feature 3/4" thick decks for additional strength and durability, improved 3/8" pushrod clearance, and CNC profiled intake port entry. Other features include a competition multi-angle valve job, angled spark plugs, and raised valve cover rails for improved rocker arm clearance and less potential for oil leaks. Assembled cylinder heads have premium components including stainless steel valves, bronze valve guides, 7° machined locks, and chromoly retainers. Several PAC Racing valve spring options are available for flat tappet and hydraulic roller cams. It all adds up to great durability, more power, better drivability, and greater throttle response on street performance engines. Super 23 195 heads are emissions-legal under CARB E.O. #D-747-1 for 1995 and earlier GM vehicles with Chevy 262-350 engines. They are available fully assembled or as bare castings. Sold individually.
