Nostalgic appearance—check. Modern performance—check. The best of both—checkmate! Trick Flow’s DHC 175 cylinder heads give small block Chevy enthusiasts a new performance option. No longer will anyone have to choose between vintage looks or modern cylinder head power—with DHC 175 heads you get both! DHC 175 heads are made from premium grade A356-T61 aluminum and have the exterior styling and straight spark plug holes that deliver the nostalgic appearance customers want. On the inside, 60cc CNC-profiled combustion chambers with blended bowl machining under the valves and small cross-section intake runners promote low-RPM torque increases and boost high-RPM horsepower. The runners are finished with Trick Flow’s superior Fast As Cast® process that precisely duplicates the runner profile and performance levels of fully CNC-ported heads without the added machining cost. In keeping with the vintage design, the heads are available with or without accessory bolt holes cast into them. Ford FE fans know that when it comes to building a Ford FE engine, nostalgia and horsepower go hand-in-hand. One classic manifold that has never gone out of style is the rare Tunnel Wedge intake. It was a landmark design 50 years ago, but Trick Flow knew that with some modern ingenuity and manufacturing know-how they could make it even better. So Trick Flow’s high performance engineers went to work and the R-Series Tunnel Wedge Intake Manifold for Ford 390-428 was born. Part of the original Tunnel Wedge’s cool factor was its appearance, so Trick Flow took special care to match the looks of the legendary OEM version while maintaining the original carburetor locations. On the inside, Trick Flow made noticeable improvements to the port design while also incorporating a much-needed O-ringed sealed bottom plate. Cast in premium grade A319 aluminum, the manifold is topped with carb flanges machined for original Ford FE Tunnel Wedge-type square bore carburetors. Mounting hardware is included.

They feature small cross section, Fast as Cast® runners for excellent port velocity to promote low-end torque and a profile that delivers outstanding flow for making ample high RPM horsepower on small bore engines. Modern CNC-profiled chambers promote combustion efficiency. That helps maximize power with less ignition timing and reduces the potential for detonation. It all adds up to more power, better drivability, and greater throttle response on street performance engines. Improved A356-T61 castings now feature 3/4" thick decks for additional strength and durability. Trick Flow® Replacement EFI Upper Intake Manifold Plenums for Ford

Trick Flow® EFI upper intake plenums substantially increase airflow and distribute it evenly to all eight cylinders. The plenums are computer-modeled with the proper runner length and cross-sectional taper have been optimized to produce maximum torque and horsepower in the intended application. Horsepower fans know that Trick Flow is all about developing products that provide maximum performance, such as the PowerPort® 190 cylinder heads for small block Mopar. The heads fit all non-emissions, LA and Magnum-series 318, 340, and 360 engines used through 2003. That’s right, even Magnum owners can now use readily available LA engine parts such as intake manifolds and valve covers. Like all of Trick Flow’s top-quality cylinder heads, the PowerPort 190 heads are made from A356-T61 aluminum because it’s much lighter but still every bit as strong as cast iron. The intake runners have been enhanced to increase airflow, and both intake and exhaust runners feature Trick Flow’s special CNC Street Ported treatment that combines premium quality CNC machining with a standard resolution finish that‘s perfect for making more power. Newly designed rocker arm shaft mounting bosses are stronger than the OE design, and larger diameter pushrod holes have been incorporated to accommodate 3/8" pushrods for use with flat tappet and hydraulic roller camshafts. Trick Flow® R-Series A460 Tunnel Ram Intake Manifolds for Ford 429/460

The R-Series A460 Tunnel Ram Intake Manifolds are ideal for all 8,000 plus rpm applications such as drag racing or tractor pulling. These manifolds feature a 2-piece design. The lower manifold attaches to the engine block and is made from thick-wall A319 aluminum for durability and feature bosses for nitrous and fuel injection nozzles. The interchangeable A319 aluminum top covers allow mounting of either single or dual Dominator-style carbs. Both the lower manifold and a top cover must be purchased to make a complete intake manifold. Over height of the lower manifold to the top of carburetor mounting pad with the single carb top is 13.040 in. The overall height of the lower manifold with the dual carb top is 10.415 in. These R-Series A460 manifolds can only be used with Trick Flow® PowerPort® A460 series cylinder heads.

Trick Flow® GenX® 205 Cylinder Heads for GM LS 4.8L/5.3L/5.7L (Vortec)

These Trick Flow GenX® 205 cathedral port cylinder heads for GM 4.8L/5.3L/5.7L LS Vortec engines are fully CNC-machined to significantly increase the performance of GM cars and trucks. Trick Flow engineers altered the valve angles from 15° to 13.5° to decrease valve shrouding, increase mid-lift airflow, and improve rocker arm-to-valve cover clearance. Material was added at the rocker arm mounting points to increase high-rpm valvetrain stability. The spark plugs were relocated in the CNC-profiled combustion chambers to enhance mid-lift airflow and increase the rigidity of the casting for extreme horsepower applications.
