Trick Flow High Port® 192 cylinder heads for small block Ford are one of the most dominant aftermarket heads in racing. They feature unique valve spacing, .750" raised exhaust runners, extra strong castings and thick decks for additional rigidity and gasket integrity, superior cooling characteristics, and most importantly, excellent airflow. And that’s not all! The entry into the intake runner has been reshaped to help seal the area along the port roof and thicker port walls increase strength and provide more material for porting. Plus, interlocking ductile iron seats are used to handle the stresses of high heat, high horsepower applications. Trick Flow® PowerPort® 190 Cylinder Heads for Small Block Mopar
Horsepower fans know that Trick Flow is all about developing products that provide maximum performance, such as the PowerPort® 190 cylinder heads for small block Mopar. The heads fit all non-emissions, LA and Magnum-series 318, 340, and 360 engines used through 2003. That’s right, even Magnum owners can now use readily available LA engine parts such as intake manifolds and valve covers. Like all of Trick Flow’s top-quality cylinder heads, the PowerPort 190 heads are made from A356-T61 aluminum because it’s much lighter but still every bit as strong as cast iron. The intake runners have been enhanced to increase airflow, and both intake and exhaust runners feature Trick Flow’s special CNC Street Ported treatment that combines premium quality CNC machining with a standard resolution finish that‘s perfect for making more power. Newly designed rocker arm shaft mounting bosses are stronger than the OE design, and larger diameter pushrod holes have been incorporated to accommodate 3/8" pushrods for use with flat tappet and hydraulic roller camshafts. Bronze alloy valve guides, ductile iron valve seats, and multi-angle valve seats further increase performance and durability. Assembled cylinder heads include premium 11/32" stainless steel valves, Trick Flow by PAC Racing valve springs, steel valve stem locks, and have chromoly and titanium retainer options. Trick Flow Super 23® 195 cylinder heads for small block Chevy are a direct fit, high performance replacement for factory heads and accept most original accessories. Ideal for 302- 406 c.i.d. engines, these heads feature high-velocity, small cross-section intake runners to promote low-rpm torque and high-rpm horsepower. Fast As Cast® runners deliver near-CNC-ported flow and performance for about the same price as regular cast heads. Modern CNC-profiled chambers promote combustion efficiency, helping maximize power with less ignition timing and reduced potential for detonation. Improved A356-T61 castings now feature 3/4" thick decks for additional strength and durability, improved 3/8" pushrod clearance, and CNC profiled intake port entry. Other features include a competition multi-angle valve job, angled spark plugs, and raised valve cover rails for improved rocker arm clearance and less potential for oil leaks. The groundbreaking Twisted Wedge combustion chamber moves the intake valves away from the cylinder walls to reduce valve shrouding and significantly enhance high-lift flow. Altered 15° intake/17° exhaust valve angles tighten the combustion chamber to increase compression while improving piston-to-valve clearance.
