AKRON, OH—Trick Flow Specialties now offers Mustang enthusiasts running a 4.6L/5.4L 2V Romeo or Windsor engine an easy, convenient way to make more horsepower: the Twisted Wedge Top-End Engine Kit.

The kit is carefully tuned by the experts at Trick Flow to deliver just the right amount of horsepower and torque. It features Twisted Wedge 185 Cylinder Heads with a choice of 44cc or 38cc combustion chambers. The heads incorporate Trick Flow's patented Twisted Wedge combustion chamber design for excellent mid-lift airflow, Fast As Cast™ 185cc intake runners for near CNC-ported airflow, and fully CNC-profiled combustion chambers for maximum combustion.

The Trick Flow Twisted Wedge Top-End Kit for Ford 4.6L/5.4L 2V also includes a hydraulic roller camshaft set (228/230 duration @ .050", .550"/.550" lift, and 112 lobe separation), matching followers, lash adjusters, timing chains, valve spring compressor tool, and complete head change gasket set with head bolts included. The Twisted Wedge Top-End Kit with 44cc combustion chamber heads is rated at 380 horsepower and 375 ft.-lbs. of torque; the kit with 38cc chambers is rated at 390 horsepower and 375 ft.-lbs. of torque (using PI short block with OE 15cc dish pistons).
